Terms and Conditions
Orders
By placing an order with ‘The Bridal Designer’ you are accepting these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you (the buyer) and The Bridal Designer/Shirley Sinclair (the seller).
We do not keep stock of items, as the majority of items are either handmade, or, made to order. Please note, pieces that are handmade to order may have slight variations to photographs on this site.
For International Orders - Please contact us prior to placing an order, so that we may advice you of p&p costs & estimated delivery times.
Lead Times
An approximate time scale from order to delivery is 2-8 weeks. Please note; this can change and is dependent on workload and stock availability. Please contact us if you require an item sooner and we will always do our utmost to accommodate. We cannot guarantee an early delivery date, unless it has been confirmed prior to purchase.
Delivery
Orders are sent via Special Delivery. This service will need to be signed for. Through experience, this, is the safest and most secure delivery method. We will send you an email with dispatch confirmation on the day of postage with your order tracking number.

Payments
Payment in full is required before your order can be processed or delivered. We accept credit or debit cards paid through paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account to make a payment using this method. We can also accept cheques. Cheques must be cleared before your order is processed. Please contact us before purchasing online for details if you are paying by cheque.

Please note that refunds are not given on bespoke items or made to order items. For safety and hygiene, refunds cannot be given on hair extensions. If, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, then please contact us at info@thebridaldesigner.co.uk within 48 hours of recieving the goods.
